How to read the difference
Difference = Current Month − Last Month. A negative value generally means publications were taken or distributed for use in the ministry. A positive value generally means additional publications were received or added since the previous count. Zero means there was no change.

Bulk-load publishers, publications, current publication requests and inventory from Excel or CSV. KH LMS now normalises common punctuation, apostrophes, capitalisation and known publication aliases before matching. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Populate KH LMS without typing every record
Start with the blank template, paste your real lists into Excel, then Preview & Validate. CSV is also supported when you choose a specific import mode. Import is online-only and each batch is recorded by Supabase. The template no longer contains fake example records.

Inventory Reminders
15, 7 and 3 days before the monthly due date remain the default. Change these only if you want a different reminder pattern.
Installed PWAs can show notifications after permission is granted. The default reminder schedule is 15 / 7 / 3 days and can be changed in Settings.

Use these controls when onboarding or recovering a KH LMS user. The shared temporary password below is for this test phase only; every temporary-password account is forced to replace it before opening the app.
Always enabled for temporary-password onboarding and administrator password resets.
Temporary password is used only when creating or resetting an account. It is not stored in KH LMS settings.
